HABITŪ is celebrating its third annual ‘Rosemantic Summer’ with creative new rose-themed drinks and desserts, interactive
workshops and the launch of a loyalty-programme app.
Introducing a ‘Rosemantic
Summer’
themed menu with four alluring drinks and five desserts to its signature repertoire of
rose-based treats, HABITŪ’s seasonal promotion launches today until 31 August. With rose blossoming gloriously at the lower ground floor of Mira Place in Tsim Sha Tsui, the courtyard outlet HABITŪ table is transformed
into a romantic, picturesque thematic rose garden.
Continuing the brand’s
innovative spirit of invention, new rose-themed drinks for devotees to try are Rosemantic
Tea Jelly Soda (HK$55) and Rose and Apple Yoghurt Smoothie (HK$60),
made from healthy yogurt, bringing a burst of brightness to the frosty treat. The
signature rose-themed drinks of the brand will continue to be served on the menu,
including Caffè Rosa (HK$49), a subtly sweet and elegant latte infused with the
delicate fragrance of Parisian rose petals and Iced Rose Cappuccino (HK$54), a luxurious, velvety, light-as-a-feather milk foam with a shot of Classico No.
3 espresso.
Headlining the sweets and desserts menu is a Rosemantic Tea Set, styled for couples
or besties and priced HK$248 for two, with Mini Rosemantic Parfait, Mini
HABITŪ Rose, Rose Crunchy Choco Pop (2 pcs), and choice of any two ‘Rosemantic Summer’ special drinks.

New individual delicacies are Rose Crunchy Choco Pop (HK$25) and Mini HABITŪ Rose (HK$44), along with Parisian Rose Crespelle Cake (HK$46),
and Rosemantic Parfait (HK$88),
served only at HABITŪ Tables, with both original and vegan option which is made of tofu
pudding instead.
A ‘Rosemantic Summer’ giveaway promotion is
also at The MIRA Step on May 26 (Saturday), from 3-4pm
sharing the summer of joy with the refreshing seasonal drink Rose Soda.
HABITŪ’s new
incentive-programme app breaks new digital-era ground with points accumulated
on spending by members, who will earn 1 point on every dollar spent.
Points can be redeemed for HABITŪ gift vouchers year round. Privileges also include birthday treats,
and perks such as like double-point offers on seasonal campaigns and festive
promotions. The app is launched with a special offer on ‘Rosemantic Summer’ products.
Completing the ‘Rosemantic
Summer’ theme, HABITŪ is
also launching a series of
interactive weekend workshops, teaming up with local arts and craft collaborators for guests to take part in
Caffè Rosa Jell-o making and flower
wreath-making, for both parents and children; along with tea blending, rose
cup candle making, dried floral display and more.

garden’ caffè at MIRA Place Courtyard, priced HK$398-HK$780 per person. Bookings

Made with homemade rose
jam, plain yogurt, Jasmine and Scented tea jelly, this luscious parfait
topped with a scoop of ice cream and Granola.

Mini HABITU Rose (HK$44)
Tall and light-as-air,
this soft sponge layer cake is made with garden fresh strawberry combined
with velvety whipped cream, and a homemade rose jam filling between each
layer. Topped with a mountain of light
pink chocolate shavings and a sprinkle of edible Parisian rose petals.

Parisian Rose Crespelle Cake (HK$46)
Topped with edible rose
petals, the Rose Crespelle has 20 layers which are freshly made every day;
which allow diner to enjoy the smooth and soft cream with a mix of crunchy
