The Return of The Famous Kampachi Weekend Buffet
**************************************
Many regular customers of the Kampachi have lamented the absence of the legendary Kampachi Saturday and Sunday Buffet Lunch at Hotel Equatorial Kuala Lumpur ever since that hotel closed for re-development in March 2012. According to Ms. Chiharu Yabe, general manager of Kampachi, “We hear our customers loud and clear, which is why we are pleased to reintroduce the famous Saturday and Sunday Buffet Lunch at Kampachi Plaza33.”

The Kampachi Plaza33 now has everything to put you in the perfect mood for the weekend. The Saturday and Sunday Buffet includes a vast selections of freshest, authentic Japanese specialties. The cold station features premium quality Sashimi (Maguro, Yellowtail, Salmon, Octopus, Squid), 13 types varieties of Sushi and hand rolls, salads and a plethora of mouth-watering appetizers (Japanese Smoked duck and Salmon Carpaccio etc).

As mentioned by the team, one can really run out time before running out of good choices, as the famed buffet also includes scrumptious choices of grilled dishes of Halibut, Capenin Fish, Eel and Salmon Head, Sukiyaki, Teppanyaki delicacies, the well-known handmade soba and more.

Apart from the classic Saturday and Sunday Buffet in Hotel Equatorial, Chef Ishigami is adding in Kushiage (Deep fried skewers of meat and vegetable) and his signature Japanese style Roasted beef with delicately prepared handmade sauce, spicing up the dining experience of authentic Japanese cuisine.

As Kampachi promised to impress and improve, the team has made the long-awaited move to extend the buffet spread to Dinner hours for a limited period from 29th May until 18th June 2017, together with the unprecedented promotion of 10+1 at RM168 nett per person.

The perfect place for weekend chill out

The overall design is the epitome of chic: traditional Japanese materials are applied in sleek contemporary ways to create a sophisticated, modern look ambience.

The well-stocked bar features rows of slender bamboo poles suspended above several unique seating “pods” that can be rotated for added privacy or to face a neighboring pod to accommodate larger groups.

A striking sushi counter ensconced in the inner sanctum of the restaurant and illuminated by a screen of intricate hand-made Japanese paper. Another sleekly designed teppanyaki counter accentuated with intricate hand-cut panels by expert wood-working artisans with remarkable precision.
