MARBLE 8---EPIC EPICUREAN EXPERIENCE! A PERFECT START TO MIGF (MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL GOURMET FESTIVAL) 2014 THAT STARTS IN OCTOBER FOR A MONTH!

KEE@FSWMAG.COM
Marini's on 57, M Champagne Bar and now Marble 8---this trio of luxurious, upscale restaurants in Kuala Lumpur is helmed by Italian Modesto Marini, a staple in the Malaysian dining scene for as long as anyone can remember, Oldies will recall his eponymous Modesto the pizza party haven and his ventures with Bob Wong.

While Bob Wong has seemingly retired to enjoy his millions, Modesto Marini continues to dominate KL's fine dining scene unabated!

His latest and greatest venture is Marble 8, named in honour of the unique marbling found in certain prime cuts of beef so do not expect tons of Carrera marble coating every inch of his restaurant. The address is 163 Jalan Binjai and not 8 as the number is chosen for luck and 'eight' also rhymes with 'ate'! As this is what are supposed to do in grand style!
