“The RM69 one-way Ramadhan promotion is especially put together to offer our customers a chance to fly back to their hometowns during the festive season.

"The extremely affordable pricing on all Firefly flights will enable more travellers to enjoy hassle-free holiday that is easy on the wallet and experience our famous Firefly hospitality,” explained Ignatius Ong, Firefly’s Chief Executive Officer. “It is our aim to make air travel a pleasant and memorable experience for all our passengers.

We urge everyone out there to quickly take advantage of this promo fare and plan their holidays ahead to avoid disappointment,” concluded Ong.

In addition to this new promotion, Firefly will be launching its new automated check-in service for all its domestic and Singapore flights. The user-friendly automated check-in service adopts a “book, print and fly” concept that will allow on-the-go passengers to complete their check-in while they book their flights online.

“I am delighted to tell you that Firefly has started offering an automated check-in feature in our booking system. We are the first airline in the nation to offer this feature. It reinforces our commitment to customer service and making Firefly one of the nation’s most efficient and welcoming airline,” Ong further explains.

Firefly’s automated check-in is a useful feature that helps travellers save time. When travellers book their flights, simply click on the check-in option and once booking is
completed; their boarding pass will be issued immediately. This feature is available for customers who book tickets 14 days before date of travel. For more updates on products and services, visit fireflyz.com.my or call +6 03 7845 4543.
