JAPANESE AMBASSADOR SHIGERU NAKAMURA THREW A FAREWELL PARTY AS HE WILL BE RETURNING TO TOKYO ON 28 FEBRUARY WHILE THE NEW JAPANESE AMBASSADOR WILL TAKE HIS NEW POST IN KUALA LUMPUR ON 6 MARCH 2014 SO WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY AMBASSADOR FROM JAPAN FOR A WEEK!

Held in the residence of the Japanese ambassador at Jalan Langgak Golf, the farewell party hosted by Mr and Mrs Shigeru Nakamura was attended by some 300 guests and friends. The Guest of Honour from the Malaysian Government was Abdul Rahim Hussin the Under-Secretary of Maritime Security and Sovereignty Division under the National Security Council in the Prime Minister's Department.
